Affiliates must comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws, avoid collecting unnecessary personal data, and never store or share user data without proper consent and authorisation.

12. Risk Monitoring

Affiliate activity may be monitored through referral analytics, participation quality indicators, behavioural trust signals, and fraud detection tools to protect platform integrity and ensure fair incentive allocation.

13. Termination

OneMAI may suspend or terminate Affiliate access where Terms are violated, fraud is detected, regulatory concerns arise, or Affiliate conduct creates legal or reputational risk.

OneMAI may update these Terms to reflect regulatory changes, partner requirements, and platform updates. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
